You run customer conversations through an embeddable widget, a hosted chat page, or a shareable link and QR code. It is built for teams that get audited, so every AI answer is logged with the context it was built from.
GSL answers only from the knowledge you upload — PDFs, help-center URLs, and FAQs, indexed into a vector store. For each question the agent retrieves the matching passages and is instructed never to invent information; when the context does not hold the answer, it says so and offers a handoff. Every reply carries a confidence score, and the retrieval trace behind it is logged server-side.

It hands off to a human instead of guessing. Each bot has a confidence threshold — 0.7 by default — and when replies fall below it on two turns in a row, GSL hands the conversation to a human, provided the business has escalation enabled. If retrieval comes back empty twice in a row, GSL escalates on that signal alone rather than waiting for a bad answer.
Yes. The widget page in your dashboard generates a copy-and-paste embed snippet: one config block plus one deferred script tag that you drop into your site's HTML. The widget renders inside a Shadow DOM, so it cannot inherit or leak your site's CSS. If you would rather not touch your site at all, share the hosted chat page or its QR code instead.
No. GSL does not train or fine-tune any model on your content — there is no training pipeline in the product. Answers are generated only from passages retrieved out of your own uploaded documents for that one conversation, and your knowledge stays scoped to your workspace.
